No two wellness journeys are identical. Every program begins with a clinical consultation to determine whether treatment is appropriate and to establish a plan tailored to you.

01 · MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

GLP-1 & GIP/GLP-1 Programs

Explore semaglutide and tirzepatide through a personalized weight-management consultation. Your clinician helps select an appropriate option based on your health history, goals, response, and access.

Semaglutide

A GLP-1 receptor agonist that helps regulate appetite and food intake. Wegovy is a semaglutide product approved for weight management in eligible patients alongside nutrition and physical activity. Injectable treatment is administered once weekly.

Tirzepatide

A dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist that acts on two hormone pathways involved in appetite and food intake. Zepbound is the tirzepatide product approved for weight management in eligible adults, used with nutrition and physical activity. It is injected once weekly.

Your program may include

  • Initial evaluation: weight history, BMI, weight-related conditions, medications, and prior treatment review.
  • Personalized prescribing: medication selection and gradual dose adjustments based on tolerability and clinical response.
  • Patient education: injection technique, storage, missed-dose instructions, and side-effect guidance for your prescribed product.
  • Ongoing support: appetite and weight review, nutrition and activity goals, and maintenance planning.
Medication safety & product information

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation can occur. Both medications carry a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors in animals and are contraindicated with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. Weight-loss treatment is not used during pregnancy. Your clinician also reviews pancreatic, gallbladder, kidney, and gastrointestinal concerns. These medications should not be combined with each other. Tirzepatide can reduce oral contraceptive effectiveness; discuss additional or alternative contraception with your prescriber.

Brand names identify approved products, not guaranteed inventory. The exact product and formulation are confirmed during consultation. Compounded products are not FDA-approved.

02 · INDIVIDUALIZED CONSULTATIONS

Peptide Consultations

A clinician-led discussion of peptide therapies, your reasons for considering them, and whether an evidence-supported option fits your medical needs. Specific products are determined after evaluation.

Goals & health assessment

Discuss body-composition concerns, recovery goals, or wellness questions alongside your medical history, current medications, supplements, and previous treatments. A concern does not automatically mean a peptide is appropriate.

Evidence & treatment review

Understand a proposed product’s intended use, available clinical evidence, approval status, possible adverse effects, and alternatives. Your clinician explains when evidence is limited or a use is off-label.

Explore individual consultations

Learn what each option is and what a clinical discussion covers. Listed topics do not guarantee prescribing or availability.

GLOW Blend consultation

Review the exact ingredients, concentrations, route, and pharmacy label for the GLOW product you are considering. GLOW is a blend name, not a standardized medication; its name alone does not establish its contents, safety, or effectiveness.

The consultation addresses ingredient-specific evidence and risks. Skin rejuvenation or recovery benefits cannot be assumed from the blend name.

KLOW Blend consultation

A detailed review of the specific KLOW formulation, intended use, and compatibility with your health history and other treatments. The exact formulation must be confirmed from its dispensing label.

Each ingredient and the combination require separate consideration. A named blend does not establish FDA approval or proven clinical benefit.

BPC-157 Investigational peptide education

An experimental peptide discussed in research related to tissue repair. A consultation can review the research, uncertainties, and established alternatives for the concern you want addressed.

BPC-157 is not an FDA-approved treatment. Reliable human evidence for injury healing and routine wellness use remains limited; this entry is educational and does not confirm treatment availability.

Tesamorelin Condition-specific prescription consultation

A growth hormone-releasing factor analog. FDA-approved tesamorelin products are indicated to reduce excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy; they are not general weight-loss medications.

Assessment considers the specific indication, cancer and pituitary history, pregnancy, and glucose and IGF-1 monitoring. Use for general body composition is outside the approved indication and requires a separate clinical discussion.

Sermorelin Growth hormone pathway consultation

A growth hormone-releasing hormone analog that stimulates pituitary growth hormone release. Discuss whether symptoms warrant endocrine evaluation and whether any treatment is medically appropriate.

Historical Geref approval does not establish approval of today’s compounded products. Anti-aging, muscle-building, and general wellness benefits should not be presented as proven; compounded products are not FDA-approved.

MOTS-c Investigational metabolic peptide education

A mitochondrial-derived peptide being studied in relation to metabolic processes. Discuss the difference between early research findings and demonstrated benefits in patients.

MOTS-c is not an FDA-approved therapy. Benefits and long-term safety for weight loss, energy, or exercise performance are not established; this entry does not confirm treatment availability.

NAD+ Cellular coenzyme consultation

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism, not a peptide. Review your goals and the evidence for any proposed formulation and route.

A role in normal cell biology does not establish that injections improve energy or reverse aging. FDA has reported adverse reactions with injectable NAD+ products, making product quality and clinical assessment essential.

NAD+ Nasal Spray Route-specific consultation

A discussion of intranasal NAD+, including the exact formulation, nasal tolerability, and evidence for absorption and clinical benefit. NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide.

Benefits for energy, cognition, or anti-aging are not established for this route. A nasal preparation should not be assumed equivalent to oral or injectable products. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Thymosin Alpha-1 Immune-related peptide education

An immune-modulating peptide studied in several disease settings. A consultation reviews the specific health concern, available evidence, and established treatment alternatives.

Not an FDA-approved U.S. therapy. Evidence in particular diseases does not establish general immune-boosting benefits; FDA identifies inadequate safety information and potential immune-reaction risks for compounded products.

CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Combination peptide education

A proposed combination of agents affecting growth hormone release. The consultation reviews the exact CJC formulation, each ingredient, and the evidence for using them together.

This combination is not FDA-approved. Clinical evidence is limited, and FDA identifies safety concerns for both ingredients. Claimed improvements in sleep, muscle, recovery, or aging should not be treated as established benefits.

MDV Product-specific consultation

MDV is not a standardized peptide name. Bring the dispensing label or product details so the clinician can verify the exact ingredients, concentrations, route, intended use, and pharmacy source.

The consultation reviews ingredient-specific evidence, regulatory status, possible risks, and established alternatives. The name MDV alone does not establish safety, effectiveness, approval, or treatment availability.

GHK-Cu Copper peptide consultation

A copper-binding peptide discussed in skin-care and tissue research. The evaluation distinguishes topical cosmetic use from injectable use and reviews the intended formulation and goal.

Evidence for topical use does not establish injection safety or effectiveness. Human safety data for injectable GHK-Cu are limited, with FDA noting potential immune-reaction and impurity concerns.

PT-141 / Bremelanotide Sexual health consultation

Bremelanotide is the active ingredient in Vyleesi, approved for acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women when low desire causes distress and is not explained by another condition, relationship problems, or medication.

The consultation reviews possible causes of low desire, medications, blood pressure, and cardiovascular history. Vyleesi is contraindicated with uncontrolled hypertension or known cardiovascular disease. Nausea and skin darkening can occur. It is not approved for sexual performance enhancement or treatment in men; approval does not extend to compounded PT-141 formulations.

Sermorelin / Ipamorelin Combination peptide education

A consultation about two agents that influence growth hormone pathways, including whether symptoms call for endocrine evaluation rather than empiric treatment.

The combination is not FDA-approved, and its benefits and long-term safety for general wellness are not established. Individual ingredient history does not demonstrate the safety or effectiveness of the blend.

Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin Combination peptide education

Review the proposed blend, the medical reason for considering it, and how it differs from an approved tesamorelin product used alone.

FDA approval of tesamorelin for excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy does not apply to this combination. The blend is not FDA-approved; its safety and effectiveness for weight loss, recovery, or anti-aging are not established.

Your consultation may include

  • Medication reconciliation: review of current prescriptions, supplements, allergies, and potential interactions.
  • Targeted testing: relevant laboratory assessment when clinically indicated.
  • Informed treatment planning: discussion of expected benefits, uncertainties, costs, and monitoring before deciding.
  • Prescription education: administration and storage instructions for the exact product, if prescribed.
  • Response monitoring: assessment of tolerability and whether continued treatment remains appropriate.

Consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Product selection depends on clinical appropriateness and lawful availability; research-only products are not patient treatment options.
